One Tool for Any Subject
Stuck on an essay? Not sure how to start that slide presentation? We’ve all been there, uncertain on what we’re supposed to turn in the next day at school. And many times, after hours of pacing back and forth in our heads, all it takes to get our creative juices flowing is that one single light-bulb moment. Gemini is here to help switch that light-bulb on, so students aren’t spending their time in the classroom scratching their heads.
One of our newly implemented features is Gems. Gems are specialized AI assistants and experts that educators can use to help your child succeed in and outside of the classroom. For example, a teacher could design a Gem that lets students brainstorm hypotheses and review experiment data in science class.
In other words, students now have instant access to their own personal tutors that allow genuine critical thinking skills to develop, and teachers can spend more of their time helping kids engage with their material.
At Any Level
Gemini has officially partnered with the Princeton Review to integrate SAT practice tests straight into Gemini’s interface, complete with grading and feedback to help high school students shine in preparation for higher education.
Additionally, the newly-integrated NotebookLM software allows students to review and organize source and material-heavy notes. At Google, we’re committed to making sure that we can enrich the educational journey of students of all ages.

Accessibility has always been a core pillar of Google’s mission, and that persists with every new update and feature we push out for Gemini. With voice-activated controls and customizable audio playbacks in sixty-five different languages, we’re intent on making sure as many children have the same instant access to our tools.
We want to bridge the gap between different learning levels and bring every student into the picture.
